Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup evaporated milk
½ cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup peanut butter
¼ teaspoon salt
3 cups rolled oats
Directions: Combine sugar, cocoa powder, milk and butter in a large saucepan. Cook over low heat until the butter melts. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly to keep from scorching. Boil for 2 minutes and then remove from heat. Cool 1 minute and add remaining ingredients. Stir well. Let rest at room temperature for 10 minutes. Drop by teaspoons onto waxed paper. Chill until set, about 2 hours, and store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator.
