Minted Yogurt with Lime Zest


A simple and cooling condiment to pair with spicy food.

Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt (any kind you like)
¼ cup fresh mint leaves, minced
½ teaspoon fresh lime zest

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld before using.
